Abstract
A paleogeographic scheme of the distribution of glaciers and ice-dammed lakes during the last global cooling (MIS-2) was compiled based on a detailed large-scale geomorphological survey. The levels and volumes of ice-dammed lakes during the first and second late Pleistocene glaciations, as well as a rockfall-dammed lake whose formation is not associated with glaciers of the MIS-2 era, were reconstructed.
