The forecast of an oil and gas recovery in Western and Eastern Siberia and in the For East up to 2030 is presented. Prospects of export of hydrocarbon raw in the Asiatic - Pacific region countries, especially to China, are considered. Necessary conditions for planned parameters support are designated.
