Abstract
The possibility of synonymy of the belemnite species Boreioteuthis hauthali (Bluthgen, 1936) and B. freboldi (Bluthgen, 1936) was evaluated using cluster analysis. Using rarefaction and extrapolation (Hill numbers), the dynamics of belemnite species diversity in the Anabar region of northern Siberia in the Ryazanian and Valanginian was analyzed, independent on the number of observed individuals.
