The belemnite biogeography in Boreal and adjacent seas during the Toarcian-Callovian is briefly considered in the light of recently obtained new data. The top-ranking Boreal (=Panboreal) and Tethyan (=Tethys-Panthalassa) Superrealms are recognized, beginning from the late Aalenian. Two separate biochores of Realm-rank within the Boreal Superrealm are discussed for the Bajocian-Bathonian transition. A new Far Eastern Realm (Priokhotie to the Bureya basin) differs from the Arctic Realm in the absence of two belemnite families, Cylindroteuthididae and Pseudodicoelitidae.
