Abstract

A highly efficient method is proposed for solving direct problems of induction soundings by current pulses of arbitrary shape. Under consideration are problems of devising optimal current functions. Quasi-optimal structural configurations of experiments are justified for solving low-depth problems. The function of electromagnetic field sensitivity to parameters of typical medium models at various regimes of excitation is analyzed.
