Abstract
The provided information on the composition of light hydrocarbons identified in the condensates from the deposits of J2 and K1-2 horizons in the South Tambeyskoye and Maloyamalskoye fields indicates to their genetic relationship with the terragene OM. The specific composition of condensate samples from Albian-Cenomanian deposits (the absence of С4-9 n-alkanes, very low concentrations of С5-9 isoalkanes) bears the evidence that the condensates were subjected to biodegradation. The elevated concentrations of light cyclanes allow us to consider the condensates as a prospective raw material for production of high-octane gasoline.
