The systematics of the Nathorstitidae from the Ladinian and Lower Carnian of Northeastern Asia is revised. The morphogenesis of the major shell structures is studied and trends in the morphological evolution within this group are revealed. A new family Tsvetkovitidae is established. Five genera and eight species are described.
