Abstract
Two major stages in the history of development of the Triassic nautilids are recognized: Early-Middle Triassic and Late Triassic. The Late Triassic stage is divided into two substages: Carnian and Norian-Rhetian. The largest restructuring of systematic composition among the nautilids take place at the Permian-Triassic (Paleozoic and Mesozoic) and the Triassic-Jurassic turns. Changing the nautilids on Triassic-Jurassic boundary is more significant than on the boundary of the Paleozoic and Mesozoic.
