This paper presents the generalized methodology for identifying the morpho-structural features of new, supposedly, impact large-size structures. Those are the following: the presence of the bank and the central raising, the presence of the hydrocarbons deposits and the mineral resources of hydrothermal origin on the crater territory, the sharp changes in the riverbeds, as well as, the manifestation of ring structures on the maps of a gravity eld or a heat ow. The methodology consists of such new components as the stereoscopic technologies and investigation of the con guration of the river basins and watersheds.
