The materials of experimental studies with powerful 40-100-t vibrators are presented. The methods, the work techniques, and the observation systems at work with vibrators in the Altai-Sayan region and in the east of Russia are described. Comparisons of wave fields from powerful explosions and vibrators are given. Unique data obtained during the registration of monochromatic and sweep signals at distances of 400-1000 km, as well as long-term series of regime vibroseismic observations are shown.
