The condition of transport systems of hydrocarbons in Russia is considered. Priority directions of development, including perspectives of concrete project realization are defined and proved. It is shown that the realizable course to diversification of domestic and exported supplies in the oil and gas complex, as well as organization of a direct contact with huge payable consumers of oil and gas, totally corresponds to long-term economic processes. It is proved that in the conditions of geographical change of oil and gas production in the country as well as of delivery diversification - pipeline transport can become and already is becoming the factor structurally constraining the oil and gas complex development.
