Аннотация

Modern geophysical methods, such as magnetometry, electrotomography, electromagnetic profiling, georadar, are widely used in practice and provide important information about the location and structure of individual archaeological sites or monuments in general. Recent technological advances in the field of unmanned technologies open up prospects for a significant increase in the productivity and information content of geophysical surveys. This article is devoted to a review of the world practice of the use of unmanned technologies in archaeological research, a description of practical examples of the use of orthophotography and aeromagnetometry with UAVs for archeological problems, as well as a description of the prospects for the development of aerial versions of equipment for electromagnetic profiling.
