The article presents a comprehensive study of the current state of the oil and gas industry of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The analysis of the structure and quality of the oil and gas resource base, including the distribution of recoverable reserves and prospective oil and gas resources by subsoil users, is carried out, the main stages of the development of the region are systematized. The dynamics of hydrocarbon production is analyzed with the assessment of the contribution of large vertically integrated and independent companies. Systematized data on the current state and prospects for the development of refinery facilities and transport infrastructure. Particular attention is paid to the role of the region in providing resources for the Eastern Siberia - Pacific Ocean and Power of Siberia trunk pipelines. The forecast for oil and gas production in the region in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
