Аннотация
The content of heavy metals (HM) in the Pyasina river basin decreases gradually moving from the industrial zone of Norilsk through the water area of Lake Pyasino and then downstream the Pyasina River. However, HM accumulation in the body of fish is also determined by their trophic status. The lowest concentrations of HM are recorded in planktivores fish ( Coregonus peled ) in comparison with higher levels in benthophages ( Coregonus lavaretus ); relatively high level of HM is registered in the body of predators ( Esox lucius ).
