Аннотация

The effect of solid-phase additives on the transformations of asphaltenes under the conditions of mechanochemical treatment (MT) is studied. It is shown that the reactions of degradation and condensation proceed simultaneously when asphaltenes of vacuum residues are mechanically treated in the presence of quartz and Al2O3. It is found out that whatever the nature of the solid-phase additive is, about 58 wt % of mechanochemically treated asphaltenes are condensed to form carbenes and carboides. Data on the composition of gases and hydrocarbon compositions, SGA of asphaltenes in products of MT indicate the proceeding of degradation reactions. The possibility of obtaining an oil fraction from asphaltenes under conditions of mechanical treatment in the presence of Al2O3 is shown.
