Аннотация

The effect of conditions (temperature and time) on the destruction of resins and asphaltenes of heavy oil in the course of cracking process is studied. The optimum conditions (temperature and duration of cracking) are found out, at which the high destruction of resins and asphaltenes resulting in the increased yield in light fractions is observed. The changes in the content of sulfur compounds in liquid cracking products and oils are studied. The prevailing reactions are established. The reactions of degradation occur along the path asphaltenes → resin → oils → gas at 450°C up to 80 min of cracking, while condensation reactions with a cracking duration of 100 min or more proceed along the path oil → resin → asphaltenes → coke.
