Аннотация

The concept of cycles (epochs) in the development of mobile belts of the Earth was introduced into geology more than 100 years ago and since that time has been widely used in geotectonics independently of confessed paradigma. At present it become obvious, that there are cycles of different rank, which create a hierarchical structure and for every cycle has its own processes and created tectonic stages or structural-substance complexes. It is also evident that each of these tectonic stages has its own structure, and its structural-substance complexes reflect the beginning, development and closing. The monograph on the example of geological material on the East Siberia, North America, Africa, India, and some other territories considers the structural- substance complexes corresponding to the initial stages in the development of the most prolonged (global) historical-geological (tectonic) cycles involving all continents: Late-Archean, Early Proterozoic, and Neogey (Riphean-Paleozoic). It has been shown that during the initial stages of each of the mentioned historical- geological epochs a destruction of structural plan, formed in the previous epoch, and origination of new one, with the formation of its own lateral and vertical set of formations and with own system of original structural elements, take place. The falakh, volcanogenic, trappean, and granitoid formations prevail, while structural elements are dominated by troughs (rifts, aulacogens, grabens) of various shapes, sizes and orientation. In addition, the paper presents a detailed description of the structure of Late Archean and Early Proterozoic tectonic stages. The main features of the evolution of structural-substance complexes at the initial stages of above mentioned global tectonic epochs were reported.
