Аннотация

This work is devoted to revealing the capabilities of various logging tools: high-frequency electromagnetic, lateral sounding and that with toroidal coils in application to the topical problems of geosteering. Signals of the mentioned three borehole methods were modeled in the Oklahoma geoelectric benchmark model. The modeling of the signals was carried out in the Siberian Supercomputer Center SB RAS, using a numerical 3D finite-difference algorithm. Descriptions of the resulting signals in vertical, deviated and horizontal boreholes, as well as the results of the signals' comparison are provided.
