Under consideration is noble mineralization of placers of the aquifers draining the Gulina intrusion of ultrabasic and alkaline rocks and carbonatites. More than 15 platinum group minerals and gold are established with optical and X-ray methods. Major of them are intermetallic minerals of Os-Ir-Ru composition and native gold. Insignificant impurities are PGE sulfides, arsenides, antimonides, and tellurides. Principal conclusions are made about the conditions of the primary noble mineralization in the region. In its geology, geochemistry and mineralogy, this mineralization is comparable with the Alpine-type deposits recognized by L.J. Cabri. To elucidate geochemical features of this mineralization more comprehensively, it is necessary to study distribution of PGE and gold in rocks of a multiphase intrusion.
